As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide solar power solutions to customers and prospects.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customers' inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with customers and prospects via phone, email, and social media to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and sales reports in our CRM system.
- Continuously keep up with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' activities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work and customers.
